I am blessed to be able to serve and help people transform their lives by being a personal and wellness coach as well as a seminar presenter (at The Learning Annex in NY), writer, and soon to be podcast host. In addition, I am excited to say that I am now a part of a great company with an outstanding mission. Who am I beyond work? I am a strong, sexy, intelligent, active and very joyous woman. I love life and that is shown in my quick laugh and my ability to be grateful even in tough times. I love the beach and boats ... being near the ocean is one of the greatest highs for me. And checking out the star studded night at the beach? Even better ... I love to curl up on my couch and watch the FoxNews Channel. What else? I love fireplaces, daisies, art, hockey (used to work for a pro team!), music, cats (all animals, actually), cuddling, chocolate, soft vanilla ice cream cones, playing on swings, and hanging out with friends.
